Children at Addenbrookes Hospital were thrilled this week by a surprise visit from ice skating legend Robin Cousins MBE, organised through Stamford-based charity Anna’s Hope, the East of England’s leading children’s brain tumour charity.
I am delighted to report that I completed my 54321 Farewell Cycle Challenge. It was an inspirational journey over 700 miles on my bike in 8 days and was a great way for me to say goodbye to the business I love.
John James Smart (Smarty) was a 22 year old man died on 20th July 2011 in a road traffic accident in Italy whilst working for the RAF. During his short life he was in the Army Cadets, the Territorial Army and he also served in Afghanistan and The Falklands with the RAF.
This excellent new blue Spencer Sweet Pea was bred by Andrew Beane and has been one of the best in our recent trials producing well placed large wavy blooms with a fine fragrance on long strong stems. We are sure it has all the qualities to impress show judges too.
